Lost Rockers: A Documentary
Lost Rockers is a new documentary film from the makers of American Hardcore. The film, which has only just begun, aims to uncover the forgotten musicians who contributed greatly to the rise of rock and roll, but remain behind the scenes, overlooked, or virtually uncredited for what they did. The above video focuses on Jake Holmes, who wrote and recorded “Dazed and Confused.” You might know the song from Led Zeppelin, who recorded it well after Holmes did, and who give the original writer no credit whatsoever. Should be a pretty interesting project.
