There was a time in my life where I had a slight(read: raging) infatuation with all things Kool Keith. Then he became Black Elvis, and the infatuation turned into something I’m not really proud of. Anyway, that all subsided when it really hit me that he was legitimately insane in all ways possible (this didn’t happen until the “I Don’t Believe You” song from his much underrated Matthew album), and then I felt kind of sad for him. I should have just realized that when someone’s Livin’ Astro, there really isn’t much you can do.
