Like we said last week, Natalia Fabia is one of our favorite painters, and her recent explorations of Kawaii culture for her show “Fashionable Aftertaste Without End,” which will make their debut at Corey Helford Gallery on July 10th, continue to push her forward into the realm of modern master. While we may be jumping the gun a little bit on that one (personally, I think not), there really is no denying the talent that Fabia possesses, and the inspired, unique, and culturally relevant subject matter she not only depicts, but fully understands. The above image comes from that series, and while not as hooker-centric as her previous body it contains the same grip on life that Natalia holds so strongly.
