Parlor Gallery Presents “Choice” – A Two-Person Show Featuring the Work of Jill Ricci & Porkchop

Parlor Gallery co-owner Jill Ricci and represented artist, Porkchop have been hard at work for months, culminating in their new two-person show at the gallery called “Choice.” Ricci will be showing a large body of new collages, showcasing texture through found papers, metallic finishes, bright paint, and text in a way that feels as if the pieces were torn from old city walls. While the artist named after a delicious food transforms found objects and furniture into complimentary components to his new paintings, plus an installation that will take over the back of the gallery. The show opens on August 21st. Check out some more images below.
