Plug Tunin’ – Compton’s Most Wanted “This Is Compton”
Around the same time NWA was bringing west coast rap to the forefront, another group Compton’s Most Wanted was doing the same thing and helping to launch the genre into a cliche. And a damn good cliche at that. Led by a teenage MC Eiht, the group helped the world recognize Compton and the soul/funk infused music that would come to define the early 90s.
