Artist Dan Colen is heavy into preparations for his upcoming show (in September) at Gagosian Gallery, and recently Terry Richardson made the trek to his studio to see some of the finished works and ones in progress. Colen may be familiar to you as his main medium is gum on canvas. Yes, that’s right, he paints with gum.
