Erik Foss “Americanized” At Gallery Steinsland Berliner
Stockholm, Sweden just got better. Our good friend, and totally awesome artist Erik Foss will be taking over the great Scandinavian city, more specifically its Gallery Steinsland Berliner on September 24th with his “Americanized” exhibition. The multi-disciplinarian, whose collage, paintings, photos, and illustrations we absolutely adore, will cause his visual clamor of western-world war, porn, and pop culture that reflect more on our society than artists deemed more “political” and noteworthy than Foss himself to the Swedish gallery. Get ready, Sweden, as this is Foss’s first show in your neck of the woods (and Europe in general, for that matter), for the bizarre, absurd, and humorous-but-not-when-you-reflect-on-it work of Erik Foss.
