PJ Harvey was, at my formative years, my first ever huge female musician crush. The list has gone on to include others, but Polly Jean will always have a special place in heart. Since Dry and Rid of Me and on into her later albums, Polly Jean can still slay and write up a great tune about scorned love that make you want to not ever hurt her in any way shape or form.
