“Kreuzberg” A Film And Photo Essay By Aaron Rose For Incase

Working with Incase, Aaron Rose has created a series of three original short film and photo essays using the high-definition lens on the iPhone4 while relying on Incase’s Snap Case to keep his camera fully protected. The first film in the series, Kreuzberg, has been released, and it is a tribute to Brian Eno and David Bowie, both of whom recorded in Kreuzberg in the 1970s. The film’s main characters are Fiona Geuss, an art historian who reads excerpts from Boris Groys’ essay on “light luggage,” and Nathan Harrington, a musician who created the film’s original score. In the film, Harrington recites a poem written by Rose.

The second film in the series is set to release on November 2nd with the third following on November 30th.
