Alife And The Hole Present “Art Machine”
Know for their phenomenal exhibitions and events, The Hole will up the ante with their next offering. Joining forces with the iconic Alife, they will present “Art Machine,” which if you’re taking things literally is exactly what the exhibition entails. Focusing on automating the main piece is a giant vending machine filled with objects such as special personal artist memorabilia (“artist’s panties”) to customized products (“artist bicycle”), to actual artworks (mini painting and mini sculpture!), to limited edition products (T-shirts of G-Shock watches). The machine will vend out items by over fifty artists in their joint communities.
First come first serve, bring your credit card, and take home a cool art object before they are all snapped up. The machine will be in place from February 10th to February 22nd.
