“Cowboys & Indians” Group Exhibition At The R & R Gallery
Opening up on March 18, Los Angeles The R & R Gallery will open a group exhibition that harkens back to older times when cowboys and indians roamed the country. Featuring work from a number of artists, the show aims to pay homage to the heroes who are often the anti-hero. Men who talked slower, said less and meant more. In the words of the gallery:
“As another sun sets in the West, we find ourselves reflecting on who our heroes are, and why. The Cowboys and Indians show is very close to our hearts here at the R&R, because it reminds us of simpler times. Before there were dollar stores, when you could stroll down to the Five Star with your mom and grab a little piece of the warrior…a shiny plastic six-shooter, or feathered plastic tomahawk.”
