Mark Rubenstein “The Shape Of Things To Come” Book Release And Show
Photographer Mark Rubenstein will host a book release and show for his latest project The Shape of Things To Come. The body of work continues on the themes Rubenstein has developed over the years, exploring the ever-aging, ever-changing microcosm of lives. The images, set in a surreal world, become a new chapter in the ongoing story the photograph tells, drawing from nostalgia to evoke the euphoria of possibilities and the terror of the unknown. With his images rarely being seen in the U.S. the book and show offer a unique glimpse into Rubenstein’s work.
The book release and show happens on April 23rd at Sancho in Echo Park. 8:30pm – 12am with a $10 donation that gets you access to the open bar. 100 copies of the limited edition book will be available for $25.
