Cleon Peterson “White Flag” At Joshua Liner Gallery

On May 17th, Joshua Liner Gallery will open a new exhibition of works from Cleon Peterson. “White Flag” continues on the artists depictions of violence and depravity with 14 new medium to large size works rendered in acrylic on paper and mounted on boards. While the title may suggest a surrender, the works in the exhibition reflect the actions leading up to the waving of a white flag with brutal battle-style scenes done in stark black and white. The exhibition runs until June 11th.
