David Bayus “Bad Casserole” At Gallery Hijinks

On June 4th, San Francisco’s Gallery Hijinks will open a new exhibition of mixed-media works by David Bayus. “Bad Casserole,” the artist’s first solo exhibition with the gallery, employs a unique visual language that utilizes the inherent implications of sculpture, photography, digital media, and traditional painting techniques. Bayus focuses on his desire to develop a personal non-linear narrative based on the excessive material nature of his own experience, as evidence by the above teaser video for the show.
