OffTheWallTV continues with another great piece. After following Mister Cartoon on his trip to Tokyo for their Time and Space series, the programming from Vans caught up with Mister Cartoon again to discuss his contributions to the much talked about Art In The Streets exhibition at the MOCA. Mister Cartoon takes the viewer on a small tour through his work there, and explains what he tries to accomplish.
