Vans, and their OfftTheWallTV programming bring us the second installment of their Time and Space series, following tattoo legend Mister Cartoon on his adventures in Tokyo Japan, and gathering his insights into their culture. Following up the first part, which saw Mister Cartoon waxing about Japanese tattoo history, the second sees him continuing his tour as well as offering up some ideas as to why the Japanese youth are drawn to LA culture, something Mister Cartoon surely knows a thing or two about.
