Lazarides presents “The Minotaur.” Here’s the info:
Open from Tuesday October 11th, “The Minotaur” is a giant installation set in catacombs below the heart of London. A heroic legion of artists have contributed to this group show inspired by the classical Greek myth of a monster, half-man half-bull, kept at the heart of a maze. They are, assembled from the four corners of the known world: Stanley Donwood, Antony Micallef, Jonathan Yeo, David Choe, Ron English, Conor Harrington, Boxi, Doug Foster, Ian Francis, 3D, Vhils, Lucy McLauchlan, ATMA, Mode 2, Michael Najjar, Zak Ove, and Zevs. This is the art event of the year, naturally. The show runs until October 25th and it’s open from mid-day until 11pm from Sunday to Wednesday, and until midnight Thursday to Saturday.
