Stephen Powers “Love Train” SEPTA Tour
With Stephen Powers‘ Love Letter Project with the Mural Arts Progam still beautifying West Philadelphia, the city’s public transportation system, SEPTA, will once again offer up the Love Train, where passengers tour the series of 50 rooftop murals painted by the legendary artist. Both singles and couples are invited to the pre-Valentine’s Day experience, which takes place on February 12th. A lovely reception with cake and champagne follows the tour.
