Ari Marcopoulos “No Cause” Exhibition and Stoopz Book Release At OHWOW
Making his debut in Miami, Ari Marcopoulos will open a solo exhibition at OHWOW on Saturday, September 11th. The famed photographer and Living Proof Magazine favorite will be showing a collection of photographs chronicling the New York City skateboard scene in the early 90s, capturing the pioneers of the now infamous NYC skate scene as well as the location and mood that made this movement one of the most powerful underground forces to never quite make it to the surface, forever embedding it in it’s roots, and, for lack of a better term, straight keeping it real. The exhibition and opening will also see the release of Stoopz, a book published by OHWOW that includes work from the exhibition, as well as additional images.
