Vans and their offshoot video based-site, OffTheWallTV will soon bring a new series to their already stellar line-up of of programs. “Crack & Shine” is a new international series of episodes dedicated to the leading figures in the worldwide graffiti scene, and the lengths they go to for their art as well as their motivations behind it.
