Robert McCormack “Nothing’s Natural” At BLAST Gallery
On June 4th, Robert McCormack will bring his comic and punk-inspired artwork to the walls of Teaneck NJ’s BLAST Gallery.
“The imagery and energy in this work is clearly drawn from the art that Robert consumed as a young boy. Cartoons on TV and the Sunday comics, as well as the punk rock and post-punk music of 1975-85 left an indelible mark on Robert’s art. He recognizes Charles M. Shultz and Mark E. Smith (of the band The FALL) as major influences.”
